Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Belles Visuals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Belles Visuals provides professional sports photography services, including but not limited to game day coverage, tournament photography, and senior athletic portraits. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book a photography session, you must submit a booking request through our contact form or via email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Belles Visuals.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Copyright and Usage Rights

Photographer's Rights

Belles Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all photographs taken. We reserve the right to use any photographs for:

• Portfolio display
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media posts
• Website gallery
• Competition entries

Client Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print photographs for personal use
• Share on personal social media accounts with proper credit
• Use for personal portfolios (athletes)

Clients may not sell, redistribute, or use photographs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Photo Delivery

• Photos will be delivered via online gallery within 2-4 weeks of the session
• Turnaround times may vary during peak season
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee
• Photos will be available for download for 90 days from delivery date

Model Release

By booking our services, you grant Belles Visuals permission to photograph you or your minor child and to use those photographs for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for photos to be used publicly, please notify us in writing before the session.

Liability

Belles Visuals will make every effort to produce high-quality photographs. However, we are not liable for:

• Equipment failure or technical issues beyond our control
• Circumstances that prevent photography (venue restrictions, weather, etc.)
• Injuries sustained during the photography session
• Loss or damage to client property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the photography services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and contact information
• Obtaining necessary permissions for photography at venues
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Ensuring minors are supervised during sessions
• Backing up downloaded photos (we are not responsible for lost downloads)

Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our photographer with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client is abusive, threatening, or creates an unsafe environment.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability
